late blog CHAKRA SCAN MEDITATION 6 dec 11

Posted in chakras, meditation group experiences with tags , on August 19, 2011 by Psychic eevee
I am a bit delayed with this blog but this is what happened at the most recent meditation group

WE DID A CHAKRA SCAN

which involved meditating and looking at our own chakras to see what they looked like

I picked an Ametrine crystal to hold , which is amethyst mixed with citrine

this is how I saw my chakras

BASE ..stretched like a rugby ball shape

SACRAL..tatty and ragged

SOLAR PLEXUS… seemed to look “normal”

HEART…had a grey outline

THROAT..the top was a lighter blue

BROW …it was a spiral of colours that when it was spinning faster it turned white (remember when you used to make those out of paper and a pencil at junior school !)

CROWN.. it was cog shaped and had a small hole in the centre, as I was visualising this chakra I felt the need to touch the top of the pyramid crystal I was holding

I had a tingling head throughout this meditation

when I pulled the “thread” down from the higher self into my heart it was like a two coloured twisty rainbow of gold and white-ish yellow

after the meditation Claire discussed with me the meanings of the way I saw the chakras in myself, we concentrated mainly in discussing these :

HEART : a bridge between the higher and lower centres, community, balance between spiritual and practical life , empathy (which I have a lot of and I am classed as an emapthic psychic)
and imbalance here can mean that I am moody, demanding, defensive and self destructive ( I totally agree with that )
medically speaking this chakra governs the heart and lungs, well I do not have heart problems but I almost died of pneumonia so that makes sense

BROW : the lower brain, the right eye, nose, ears, nervous system, ( this is sooooo relevant to me, since this meeting I have had what may be “mini

strokes” and they start off in the optical nerve of my RIGHT eye, I have always had problems there but not that serious, I was rushed to the docs after my eyes shut down and I had a fall , the ears : well I have tinnitus and hypercasis (over sensitivity to sound) so badly that I am under the top audiologist in the UK ! the nervous system..well, a lot of my illness is caused by the central nervous system…so this was all very interesting to me
the brow also corresponds to the ovaries and I have polycystic ovaries !
Medically the brow also governs the pituitary gland

wow ..read this

What are the signs of pituitary problems?

Pituitary symptoms occur as a result of changes in the amount of various hormones that are excreted by the pituitary gland. Pituitary symptoms may be caused by too much or too little of the different types of hormones or by imbalances among them. Symptoms may also result from pressure exerted on structures surrounding the pituitary, such as the optic nerve, by tumor or swelling.

Common symptoms of any pituitary tumor or growth

Any pituitary tumor that secretes excess levels of a hormone or compresses surrounding tissue can cause a variety of common symptoms. General symptoms of a pituitary tumor include:

  • Changes in appetite or sense of smell
  • Changes in menstrual cycle
  • Decreased sexual drive
  • Early or late puberty
  • Excessive sweating
  • Excessive thirst with or without increased urination
  • Fatigue
  • Headache
  • Intolerance of heat or cold
  • Loss of vision or changes in vision
I do not think that I have a pituitary tumor but I do have a lot of the symptoms !! however the main illness that I have can be mistaken for lots of other illnesses

this was a fascinating insight for me and how spooky that a few weeks later I would be hit by new symptoms that were shown to me in the chakra scan !

after that meditation we did our usual one where we send out love round the world in a combined effort, I saw the world as heart shaped this time and a few days later found this picture in one of my magazines that I just bought

you can try Claires meditation here

click

it might be a good idea to record yourself speaking it out loud then play it back when you want to meditate

intersting thing is thaty the pituitary is the mega homone controller. we just did all the testings on theis glad for my daughter. Another thing is meds we take and foods we eat can interfer with it. ( also the great thyroid can give some of the same effects and should be checked on every woman every year or 2 yrs because it can change. the two biggest symptoms are fatigue , headaches, dry skin.. It is controled by the pituitary

thanks for the info : )
in this country there is a big hoo ha about the thyroid testing not being accurate enough : ( and people are being told their thyroid is fine when it is not, I do not think mine works properly but the tests always come back clear

as you will know if you have read my previous posts about the crystal lady I have been going to see, you will know that she picked up on the fact that my throat chakra needs work, I picked blue during our colour meditation and blue is the throat chakras colour

well since then the colour blue has been appearing a lot, it is coincedences like this that I love :
blue is one of my least favourite colours so it is not like I am looking out for it but everywhere I turn I am being shown the colour blue

two free bracelets in blue shades
a test I took in a spiritual magazine which came up with the light blue sapphire being my healing stone

oh and not forgetting that my name meaning came up as “blue” in a quiz

I find it a very cold colour , I will certainly get one of those stones : ) but it will be a very small one as I am sure they are very expensive

For many years, canary yellow such as Daffodils was a favourite colour. Why? Because that particular shade use to remind me that spring and summer were on their way. Always use to brighten me up as I hated winter with a passion, always cold, grey and rainy. Then blue became another one of my colours, but this time, I have no explanation. Nowadays, however I am more favouring greens and browns. I can’t tell you why, have no idea. Please don’t laugh but as a child, I use to like purple until one day was colouring in with purple, and I can remembering going all dizzy, nausea and eventually threw up. For a period of time after that, every time i saw a purple colour pencil, I would feel nauseated and dizzy.Honestly, blue can be a very cold, cruel colour, yet on the other hand it can be seen as a relief, eg…. hot day blue pool. Sorry, this can’t be making any sense.

you are drawn to different colours at different times due to certain chakras in your body needing work, my throat chakra is blocked hence why I am surrounded by blue !
each chakra governs different parts of your mind and body and each one has its own colourwow, how strange about purple, I hope it does not start making me throw up as it is my most FAVE colour everwhat you are saying DOES make sense

ABSENT SESSION WITH CRYSTAL LADY AND INFO ABOUT THROAT CHAKRA 22 sep 11

Posted in chakras, crystal healing experiences with tags , on August 19, 2011 by Psychic eevee

last night I had my first session absently with my crystal lady

that involved me laying on my bed and relaxing, making myself open to whatever she was doing from her house at exactly the same time

it was interesting :

I lay down exactly as I would on her treatment couch and shut my eyes, I went into relaxation and made myself “Open”
when I first lay down I had my costochondritis chest pain on the right side (which went after about five minutes in to the session)
I started with my hands crossed over my heart area but it seemed like someone pulled my hands down so they were at my sides, that was quite strange.
I felt hands feeling at my throat and a strong pulse over the thyroid area of my throat (all will become apparent later !)
there were waves of warm movement over my heart area
and tingling on the top of my head (I get the tingling with my illness but this seemed different)
there was a floaty feeling then a feeling that my body was really heavy and sinking into the bed but in a relaxed way.
the shallow breathing that I suffer had again slowed down like when I had the treatment at Claire’s
there was a tapping on the top of my head and I kept hearing the word BLUE
I was disturbed by a loud noise in my house just before the end but my husband said he did not hear anything

all this links in with Claire’s assessment of me, and goes way back to when I picked the blue cloth during colour meditation

blue links to the throat chakra
funnily enough yesterday I bought a magazine that goes in depth into the workings of the throat chakra !

the throat (Visshudha) chakra governs :
purification
freedom of expression
creativity
communication
sound and manifestation
honesty
resonance
clearing
truth and clarity

I can see why I may have problems there……
although any one who knows me will tell you that I have NO PROBLEM communicating and saying what I want (in fact it has got me into trouble on many occasion)
I do have a speech impediment now with my illness and on my bad days I feel ashamed to speak : (
the freedom of expression in me is being stifled by some officials who we have had a long running dispute with !
the magazine says that people with trouble in the throat chakra can feel pressure or a lump in their throat, I get this a lot, I have had tests and there is nothing wrong so it was put down to yet another unexplained symptom of my illness
the magazine states that people with issues with that chakra can have jaw trouble, yep..I have temporo mandibular joint dysfunction (the jaw hinge) which I have been having treatment for.
I also suffer from dry mouth which was blamed on some medication.

the chakra also governs how we perceive sound…this is fascinating because I have tinnitus (humming in the ears) and hyperacusis which is over sensitivity to sound !!

“the throat chakra is associated with all aspects of sound, sharing yourself authentically and hearing the world and people around you clearly ” (source : “Soul and Spirit ” magazine)

with the hyperacusis and tinnitus I alternate between hearing things too loudly or not being able to hear at all

It fascinates me that during colour meditation I picked the blue cloth (I would of thought I would have zoomed in on purple as it is my favourite colour)
I heard the word blue during the absent session
I recently had my toilet decorated blue, I do not like blue, it has never been a favourite colour and certainly not one I would normally use in home decor

Incidentally, the whole day I had been in a rage and depression, feeling sorry for myself, once I am like that it is hard to get me out of it but straight after the session I had chilled right out : )
